A limited edition single origin dark chocolate that surprises with its creaminess.

The beans come from Ransiki, a village near West Papua's Arfak Mountains, where the community cooperative Unity to Arise spent years reclaiming an abandoned plantation, bringing it back through agroforestry: cacao intercropped with banana, turmeric and ginger.

In the bar, expect ripe fruit and a note of fresh cherry.
